Tom slips between his world and that of the Victorian family who used to live in the house. Does he really slip back in time or can he inhabit dreams of the old lady who lives in the house? The set was a spiral printed gauze sculpture which allowed us to be inside the house but also to see the garden outside. The set moves apart for the skating sequence so that we feel that we are flanked by walls and shrubs.
