My first production on a main stage. The challenge was to create a typical bungalow set in a street where all the newly built houses look the same and the occupants reflect people experiencing life on a modern estate. The hessian wallpaper and the choice of furniture suggesting a show home, with the cut away walls were designed to make you feel that you were watching through a window.
